TRAXXLOK 600 Series Grinding Segments (Set of 9)

Our quick release and connect TRAXXLOK system is compatible with most major machines on the market today.

STEP ONE - SELECT YOUR SEGMENT TYPE

Select the Segment type you require, TraxxLok segments are available in single or double.

Select the BOND (the metal material that encapsulates the diamond). SOFT bonds are designed for grinding the HARDEST materials and HARD bonds  for the soft, abrasive materials. Refer to the Bond selection chart shown in the images.

• 620 Bond is perfect for the hardest materials but with more life but slightly less speed than 10 bond.
• 645 Bond is a great tool for use on medium to hard concrete.
• 675 Bond is specially designed for grinding soft abrasive surfaces where good life of the tool is required.
• 690 Bond specifically for grinding very abrasive rain affected concrete surfaces.

Select the appropriate mesh or grit size for job specification. You can select from M24#, M40#, M80# and  M120#. The lower the number the coarser the mesh size and the greater the stock removal will be. The higher the number, the smoother the surface finish will be.
